Eurozappa has 30 forging lines for manufacturing agricultural tools such as hoes, harrow toothpegs, cutters, blades, tines for vibratory cultivators, cultivator points, discs, etc.

In short, the productive process comprises the following phases:
Raw material testing;
Cold shearing;
Forging with controlled temperature furnaces, heated by methane gas and induction;
Product testing during production;
Heat treatment with water tempering;
Controlled calorie recovery in order to obtain differentiated and progressive hardness;
Painting;
Sandblasting; Finished product testing.

As shown, our production is fully tested according to the following phases :
- Systematic control of the steel ingots in order to pinpoint and surface faults or other lamination defects
- Systematic in-line sampling in order to check for other metal defects
- Dimensional and hardness tests on the surface and core of the piece, by cutting.
