This department is dedicated to the blades used in certain agricultural
machines, such as milling machines and rotary harrows, which call for
pieces with a greater resistance to shock, coupled with improved
elasticity during work and long-lasting resistance to wear.
In order to obtain such characteristics, the blades require
differentiated elasticity and resistance characteristics, depending on
whether the fastening area or the blade's work area are involved.
It goes without say that the fastening part requires greater elasticity
in order to absorb impact, whereas the end, which is the part
that works the soil, requires greater hardness and hold in order to
resist the abrasive action of the soil.
Using a special
technological process, Eurozappa performs a "GRADUAL
DIFFERENTIATED HEAT TREATMENT" on the blades, to give them
hardness on the terminal section and greater elasticity in the fastening
area. This range is known as the BLUE LINE and these products are
supplied in practical, sturdy boxes, which raise product quality and
favour order in the warehouse.
